30-day returns

If something's wrong or you've simply changed your mind, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. The piece must be unused and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for it to reflect on your statement.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us right away with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
